Overview
This policy applies to orders placed on epasstoken.in, which is operated by Nettax LLP. We ship only within India.
Only physical tokens are shipped. Digital signature certificates are downloaded onto your token, and PIN reset and token update services are done remotely, so nothing is couriered for them unless you also order a token.
Order processing
Confirmed orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed and the order is verified.
- We may call or message you to confirm your address or phone number before dispatch.
Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your pincode and the courier.
- Remote locations may take longer.
- Weather, operational restrictions or regional disruptions can cause delays outside our control.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping charges
Token orders carry a flat courier charge of Rs. 80 per order, whatever the pack size. It is shown in the order summary before you pay.
Courier partners
We ship with reliable courier partners such as Delhivery and India Post, depending on which serves your pincode.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we send tracking details by SMS or email so you can follow the shipment.
- Please make sure your mobile number and email address are correct at checkout.
- If tracking doesn't update within 24 hours of dispatch, contact us.
Damaged or missing parcels
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, refuse it if you can and contact us straight away with your order details and photos of the package. We'll arrange a replacement after checking. For returns, see our return and refund policy.
