epasstoken.in is operated by Nettax LLP, Ahmedabad, and supplies USB digital signature tokens and digital signature certificates in India. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you order, contact us or subscribe to our newsletter, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
Information we collect
- Orders: your name, mobile number and email address, plus your delivery address and pincode when a token is shipped.
- Contact form: your name, mobile number, email address, the topic you choose and your message.
- Newsletter: your name, email address and mobile number.
- Website use: cookies and similar technologies, described below.
How we use it
- To process, deliver and invoice your order, and to send order and delivery updates.
- To answer your questions and provide support.
- To send our newsletter, only if you subscribed to it.
- To keep the website secure and to understand how it's used so we can improve it.
Payments
Online payments are processed by Razorpay or an equivalent payment gateway. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank login details; we receive only the payment status and transaction reference.
Data security
We use reasonable security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections for every page and form.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see or delete your personal information by emailing support@epasstoken.in. We may need to keep order and invoice records where the law requires it.
To stop newsletter emails, use the unsubscribe link in your welcome email or ask us to remove you.
