Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products, provided the item is new, Products once used or DSC activated are not eligible for return or refund, and returned within 15 days from the date of purchase.

• The product must be returned in its original condition with packaging and accessories.
• Items that have been used are not eligible for return.

Exchanges are not accepted.
