Returns for Defective Products

Returns are accepted only for defective products within 7 days of delivery. Products once used or DSC activated are not eligible for return or refund.

  • The product must be returned with original packaging and accessories.
  • Damage due to misuse, physical breakage, or unauthorized modification is not covered.

Non-Returnable Products

Products once used or DSC activated are not eligible for return or refund due to security and compliance requirements.

Replacement for Damaged Items

If an item is received physically damaged or arrives in non-working condition, replacement support is available after verification.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days after return validation.
